  • Payment Information: Billing details processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Connection Metadata: Timestamps of connections, bandwidth consumed, and server locations selected. This data is used solely for service optimization and abuse prevention.
  • Device Information: Operating system type and application version, for compatibility and support purposes.

3. Strict No-Logs Policy

We do not monitor, log, or store any of the following: your browsing activity, DNS queries, IP addresses assigned during VPN sessions, traffic destinations, or the content of your internet communications. Our infrastructure is engineered so that this data is never written to disk or retained in memory beyond the duration of an active session.

4. CLOUD Act Disclosure

As a U.S.-based company, SendMyWayMedia LLC is subject to the Clarifying Lawful Overseas Use of Data Act (CLOUD Act), codified at 18 U.S.C. § 2713. Under this statute, we may be compelled by valid legal process — including warrants, subpoenas, or court orders issued by U.S. courts — to preserve or disclose electronic communications and associated records in our possession, custody, or control, regardless of where such data is stored.

Practical impact of our no-logs policy: Because we do not log browsing activity, DNS queries, traffic data, or session IP addresses, we have no such records to produce in response to any legal process. A lawful order compelling disclosure of activity logs would yield no responsive data, as that data does not exist in our systems.

We may, however, be required to disclose account-level information (e.g., email address, payment records, account creation date) when presented with valid legal process. We will comply with lawful requests to the extent required by applicable law and will challenge overbroad or legally deficient requests where appropriate.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We engage third-party processors for the following purposes:

  • Payment Processing: Stripe, Inc., for secure transaction handling. Stripe's privacy policy governs the processing of your payment data.
  • Infrastructure: Cloud hosting and server providers for VPN endpoint delivery. These providers do not have access to user traffic.
  • Analytics: We may use anonymized, aggregated usage metrics to improve service performance. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Account information is retained for the duration of your active subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal compliance and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by contacting us at the address below. Upon receipt of a verified deletion request, we will remove your data within thirty (30) calendar days, except where retention is required by applicable law or pending legal proceedings.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may impair certain functionality of the Service.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.
